Research applications

Start with your research question.

Find where ModQuant™ fits your field, what the assay measures, and how to plan a study.

MPN, cancer biology & therapeutic response

Oncology

Explore myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN) research and RNA modification questions across blood cancers, solid tumors, and treatment response.

Depression, pain & neuromodulation

Neuroscience

Explore depression and mental-health biomarker research, alongside pain, neuromodulation, and neural-model studies.

Host response & public-health research

Infectious disease

Investigate host RNA modification responses in infection and antimicrobial-resistance research.

Process research & assay development

RNA therapeutics

Plan modification-focused studies for RNA therapeutics and emerging manufacturing research workflows.

Across research areas

Choose the measurement your study needs.

Global m⁶A comparisons

Compare m⁶A across prepared endogenous mRNA samples with the released qPCR workflow. This measures an overall signal rather than locating individual sites.

Targeted transcript studies

A transcript-specific question requires additional capture and qualification before measurement. Discuss the transcript, capture strategy, and input with Lilac.

Low-input & organoid studies

The current kit uses 1–10 ng of endogenous mRNA. Assess extraction yield and sample quality before planning a low-input study.

Research Use Only. Application guides describe research questions and study-planning considerations. They do not establish diagnostic performance or suitability for every sample type.
